I quit three jobs, packed up my legos, and purchased a one-way ticket to Portland to spend a year in poverty with 12 other misfits. We became the 9th class of Wieden + Kennedy 12; an experiment disguised as a school disguised as an agency. When we arrived on the doorstep of a world-class advertising agency, our first assignment was to introduce ourselves.

Problem: How do you teach 700 Wieden + Kennedy employees a thing or two about what it means to be 1 of 12?

Solution: Get visual. The 12ers designed 144 posters to represent all things 12.
